Dear JumpTrack Customer,

Route and delivery updates are not automatically pushing an update to Android and iOS mobile devices. In the interim, users have two options to update their routes:
  1. Routes will continue to be updated when any delivery is uploaded to the server.
  2. If mobile users require more frequent updates, the users will need to be notified by other means that a route has changed. Then, they must exit and re-enter the delivery screen to receive an update to the route and delivery.
