JumpTrack™ Proof of Delivery solution is now a part of the ECi family and effective September 1, ECi has taken over the billing and primary support for JumpTrack. Our customer support center is ready as the first line of support should you have issues. We do, however, need you to contact our support department as soon as possible to set up your account. You will be unable to log a support or technical issue until your account is created.

To set up your account, please call 800-366-4778 and select option 5 and refer to the JumpTrack transition. Once you are registered, you can access the support team at support.ecisolutions.com. Any questions can be directed to jumptracksupport@ecisolutions.com.

Important Notice!
Apple recently released iOS 9 for Apple tablets and phones. During our testing on iOS 9, we found an issue where the thumbnail of the signature does not appear on certain screens and is uploaded to the server as a blank image. The cause of this issue has been found, and we are working on an update for JumpTrack.

Please do not update your device to iOS 9 until the update is complete. We will notify you once the update is available for download from the Apple App Store. We apologize for any inconvenience.
