JumpTrack™ Proof of Delivery solution is now a part of the ECi family and effective September 1, ECi has taken over the billing and primary support for JumpTrack. Our customer support center is ready as the first line of support should you have issues. We do, however, need you to contact our support department as soon as possible to set up your account. You will be unable to log a support or technical issue until your account is created.
